AIPL are the pioneer in the Indian market & overseas to manufacture PIR Panels for HVAC Ducting, Underdeck Insulation, False ceiling etc. Presently we have four facility 1) Mumbai(Primary) 2) Kolkata 3) Hyderabad(New Facility) and 4) Srilanka to cater different region in India & overseas.

For Textile Industry they have specially developed ducting system(INTEX) taking care of various needs in such application, Following are core competency ‐

  1. Pre‐insulated Sheet: We have State of the Art fully automated machinery that manufactures 3000 sqmtr of PIR Panels per day for various applications like HVAC Ducting, False Ceiling, Underdeck , Overdeck Insulation, Floor & Roof Insulation etc.
  2. Smart PIR Panels are having lowest Thermal Conductivity of 0.021W/mk at Delta 30◦C, making it the most efficient Thermal Insulating ducting system
  3. With its Aluminium skin on both sides and Polymer accessories it is corrosion free ducting system even with most extreme Rh areas.
  4. The Aluminium Panels come with special coating making it Anti‐ microbial, Anti‐ Fungal, Anti‐ corrosion and UV protection. Thus regular duct maintenance is not required and if need be can be done easily without any hassle of replacement.
  5. Smart PIR Panels are Class O Fire Retardant product having 2 hour Fire Rating at 250°C.
  6. Smart Panels are the only complete HCFC Free product which are GreenPro Certified and can be readily used in Green Building Projects.
  7. Seen life of the product is around 20‐ 25 years.
  8. Pre‐insulated Accessories: We also manufacture the Accessories as require(in Polymer)for fabrication and Installation of PID(Pre Insulated Ducting) system.
  9. Capex Reduction by PIR Ducting as against GI Ducts with Insulation is upto 10%.
  10. Supporting System (GPL/ Gripple): We are the biggest distributor of GPL/ Gripple Wire Supporting System for False Ceiling Grid and Ducting.
  11. Services for PIR Ducting Only: With more than 350 dedicated well experienced employees for Installation & successfully completed more than 6000 Project in last 10 years for Smart PID system and more than 500 textile, the company is equipped to carry out any scale of execution timely with best quality.
